Young perspectives: a paneldiscussion on dance for young audience
With "Schwanensee in Sneakers" (12+) by Anna Till and Nora Otte, a dance piece for young audiences was once again invited to Tanzplattform Deutschland after a long break - not only an honour for the work of the two artists, but also an invitation with a signal effect. Because our young audience is not only the audience of tomorrow, but has long been the audience of today.
Together with the artists and other choreographers, all of whom have developed pieces as part of explore dance - Netzwerk Tanz für junges Publikum, Monica Gillette (moderator) will discuss the potential and experiences of working for and with a young audience and will explore with the participants how young perspectives can be given greater consideration in artistic dialogue.
The activity is divided into two parts: The panel discussion will last approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by an informal gathering with coffee and cake.
