Morning warm-up with Julia Klockow:
In her morning warm-up, choreographer Julia Klockow shares methods from her research "torn into time". The focus is on various physical states that lead to conscious work with temporal structures. Simple exercises are used for this, such as fragmenting movements or speech, "fast-forwarding and rewinding" or slowing down actions. Meditation, voice work and imagination will be used in individual and group exercises to sharpen awareness of the experience of time and space.

Morning warm-up with Lisa Klingelhöfer:
With her warm-up, dancer Lisa Klingelhöfer aims to convey a sense of resistance in our bodies with ease. Various exercises are used to recognise tension and muscle tone and try out what every body needs to remain open, flexible and soft in the face of resistance without losing its own integrity. The programme activates in a gentle way and at the same time encourages openness and curiosity. The warm-up invites you to recognise resilience as a process in order to start the day with a sense of self-efficacy.

Morning warm-up with Emi Miyoshi:
Choreographer Emi Miyoshi's morning warm-up begins seated on a chair with breathing exercises and self-massage. She then guides the participants through gentle movements for a relaxed start to the day. Based on principles from the movement methods GYROKINESIS®, GYROTONIC® and somatic dance techniques, participants can experience their body as a dynamic field of tension that promotes a deep connection between the centre and limbs and stimulates spatial perception.
